Hans De Pelsmacker

The design comprises a long, wide and well-lit esplanade for the residents and the personnel. The esplanade begins at the central building and goes diagonally through a laid-out orchard right until the end of the domain. There, a large and well-sheltered terrace overlooks a piece of unspoilt nature. This place with benches is intended as a meetingplace for the residents and to enjoy the beautiful landscape. The design also includes a sound equipment and smaller meetingplaces.
